LET IT BLEED: A Rock & Roll Tampon Drive designed to shatter the period taboo, add to the dialogue on the Tampon Tax and The Homeless Period, and invite everyone to the conversation! This is a celebration of femmes in the arts and anyone who sheds their uterine lining once a month.

Introducing No Apologies Fest: For Womxn, Femmes, and Non-Binary Folks Only***!

Featuring: Ah-Mer-Ah-Su, Dirty DenimSara Sonic, Kochina Rude, Hollow Eve, DJ Ash Reiter and Special Guests TBA
March 29, 2018 at Thee Parkside

$8-10 / 21+ / RSVP HERE

***DISCLAIMER: We are not the gender police! No one will be turned away, we just ask that you respect the purpose of the night as a safe space.

Please remember that any cis-man in the room is one less spot for a womxn, femme, and NB human. We trust that the SF community can handle this.

Sea Witch Productionshello, cheetle., and BFF.fm- Best Frequencies Forever are teaming up behind the hope that this may offer a few hours of freedom -- freedom from your body being a spectacle, freedom from feeling like you need to prove your worth to take up space, freedom from the male gaze.

A few suggestions on how to help make this a great night:
- keep ~intersectionality~ at the forefront of your feminism
- dress in whatever makes you feel most powerful
- bring tips for the queens
- cis-women, leave your pink pussy hats at home
- cis-men, stay home

This show, named after the brilliant Nicole Salmeri's documentary / passion project of the same name, is part of a series of events:

March 17: Nevertheless art show opening at the Gallalery, 6-9 pm
March 23, No Apologies On Air! Featuring a panel discussion with local womxn in music and a set by Sarah Bethe Nelson, streamed LIVE onbff.fm, 6-8pm, $5, limited seating!
March 29: No Apologies Fest! For womxn, femmes, and non-binary folks
